Visit Milo's workshop for early salvaging and processing, Hazel for seeds and farming, Kun in Global Village for ingredients, Amani at the Solar Farm for permits, and Ryder at the Adventure Ship for Adventures. Follow Pebble for your introduction and island access, and Cliff around the Dome and Airtram for Glider and travel progression.
Which Locations Apply to the Demo
The October 2026 demo covers Loftia City and its opening NPC questline. The Hanging Gardens and Gridfall are planned Early Access districts, with Community Farms among the additions beyond the demo. Use the city contacts below for your demo route; Hazel's closed-beta location in the Hanging Gardens is explained separately.

Use the Map to Find Your Next Contact
Open the map with M and right-click an NPC portrait to place a pin you can follow in the demo. Exclamation marks show characters with available quests, while exploring Loftia City fills in the cloud-covered map. Use those markers alongside the quest prerequisites above when deciding whom to visit next.
Follow the Quest Handoffs to Unlock Activities
- Complete Pebble's City Tour before branching into the clothing and decorating quest chains. First Stitch with Linda and Home Décor Crisis with Estella both open afterward.
- Begin Cliff's Permission to Glide and follow his handoff to Milo. Finish the refining work, help Ryder at the Adventure Dock, then return to Cliff for the Glider blueprint.
- After Adventure Awaits!, check Kun and Jun for The Shared Table. For cooking supplies, make Kun in Global Village your shopping stop.
Check These Prerequisites Before Buying Permits
Processing-station permits open after your first processing station. Island Slots and Structural Items open after Milo teaches you how to customize your house. For an early farming setup, prioritize garden-bed permits, then add energy-station allowances when you need more power for cooking and crafting.
Keep Crops for Linda and Estella
Linda accepts crops for outfit inspiration exchanges, and Estella accepts them for furniture inspiration exchanges. Before shipping your whole harvest, check the exchange for the style you want to work toward. Keeping those requested crops gives you a reason to revisit their shops alongside their quest chains.
Hazel and Arlo Beyond the Demo
In the closed beta, Hazel moved from Loftia City to Windmill Island in the Hanging Gardens after that area opened. Arlo handled Community Farm sign-ups in the Hanging Gardens, where participation rewarded seeds and Dew. The Hanging Gardens and Community Farms are planned Early Access content, so keep those visits separate from your Loftia City demo route.
