Complete Demo Recipe Table

The sell column gives the gross return for the finished dish. Treat it separately from profit, since any ingredients you buy still have a cost. Choose a recipe around the crops and shop ingredients you can supply, then check its energy requirement before starting.

Unlock Cooking With Hazel

  1. Follow Hazel's The First Sprout through planting and harvesting Carrots. This quest introduces the crop-to-cooking sequence.
  2. Prepare 2 Carrot Soups and continue the shipping objective. Follow Hazel's quest after the delivery to finish the cooking introduction.

The Shared Table is another cooking-related quest involving Kun and Jun. It opens after Adventure Awaits! Keep it in mind as you progress if you want to follow cooking quests beyond Hazel's introduction.

04

Buy Seeds From Hazel and Ingredients From Kun

Hazel sells crop seeds in Loftia City, and her demo seed shop shows what each crop sells for before you buy. Plan your planting around a recipe and reserve its vegetables at harvest. Keep the crops for your chosen dish aside, then decide what to do with the surplus.

Kun's shop in the Global Village supplies cooking ingredients, including Sugar for Fruit Smoothies. The demo smoothie uses 2 Wild Berries and 1 Sugar, so use that combination when planning a batch. Buy Sugar against the amount of Wild Berries you have ready, and keep your other crops growing while you gather ingredients.

05

Turn Harvested Tomatoes Into Tomato Soup

  1. Harvest and keep 2 Tomatoes for Tomato Soup. Set them aside before putting surplus crops in the shipping bin.
  2. Use those Tomatoes at a Level 1 Cooking Station and spend 2 energy to cook Tomato Soup.
  3. Sell the finished Tomato Soup through the shipping bin for 65 Dew. That is the dish's gross sell value, before any ingredient costs.

Tomato Soup is a straightforward choice when you have Tomatoes ready but want to save your other crops for different dishes. Its recipe needs no added shop ingredient. You can use the same Cooking Station that serves the rest of the demo table.

06

Choose a Dish for the Ingredients You Have

Garden Salad has the highest gross sell value in the demo table at 75 Dew. It uses 1 Tomato, 1 Lettuce and 1 Carrot, so that larger payment also asks for a wider mix of crops. Tomato Soup, Fries and Potato Soup each sell for 65 Dew, but Fries needs Cooking Oil and Potato Soup needs Milk alongside their Potatoes.

Eggs give you several different cooking choices. Chef Salad combines Lettuce and Egg, Shakshuka combines Tomato and Egg, and Veggie Egg Scramble combines Tomato, Lettuce and Egg. Choose according to the vegetables you have available and the ingredients you want to save for your next dish.

07

Keep Battery Charge Ready for Cooking

Cooking uses battery charge, so check your energy before starting a batch. The starter Battery holds 5 energy charges and can be recharged at any energy station. Each demo recipe in the table costs 2 energy, so allow for recharging between dishes instead of planning around ingredients alone.

Keep your Cooking Station and charging area convenient to reach. A short route makes it easier to alternate cooking with crop checks and ingredient trips. When deciding what to cook next, consider the ingredients on hand, the listed sell value and the charge you have ready.

08

Closed-Beta Recipes and Planned Early Access

Closed-beta cooking used different prices and ingredient combinations. Carrot Soup sold for 45 Dew, while the demo recipe sells for 35 Dew. The closed-beta Chef Salad used Egg, Lettuce and Tomato and sold for 55 Dew; the demo recipe uses Lettuce and Egg and sells for 20 Dew. Use the demo rows above when cooking in the demo.

Early Access is planned for November 3, 2026, with proficiency progression extending beyond the demo's Level 5 cap. Those plans include Cooking progression, but the table here covers the demo recipe list. Keep that scope in mind when planning dishes for your demo character.
